New Machine Investment: DN Solutions Puma 2100SY II with Hydrafeed Bar Feed

We’ve recently expanded our machining capabilities with the addition of the DN Solutions (formerly Doosan) Puma 2100SY II, a multi-axis twin-spindle CNC lathe, supported by a Hydrafeed bar feed system. This investment is part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening our in-house production capability and keeping our machining operation at a consistently high standard. The Puma 2100SY II joins our growing lineup of advanced CNC equipment, ensuring we can continue to meet evolving customer demands with speed, accuracy, and reliability.


 

Why the Puma 2100SY II?


This is a single turret, twin-spindle machine with Y-axis and live tooling — enabling a wide range of operations to be performed in one setup, with minimal manual handling.

Practical Benefits


1. Reduced Lead Times Twin spindles allow both ends of a component to be machined in one cycle. This significantly cuts cycle times and increases throughput without compromising quality.

5. Unattended Running with Bar Feed The integrated Hydrafeed system enables continuous operation, ideal for larger batch runs. It allows for efficient, repeatable production with minimal operator input — including lights-out running where suitable.
